If for any reason you or the recipient of the product purchased is not fully satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Care team at info@speakessentials.com. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original packaging, unused and not damaged and purchased within last 15 days of receipt. Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return. The sender is responsible for applicable shipping costs.
